We offer competitive rental rates, and the cost depends on a variety of factors such as the duration of the rental, activities chosen, the specific facilities and amenities required.
Rentals are available from September to mid-June.

Weddings are not included in the day rates. GST is not included.

Activty Rates
The following activities have a fee associated with them.
We do our best to accommodate your plans, but activities may get canceled due to uncontrollable factors like bad weather. If that happens, you won't be charged.
No cost activities include: field sports, campfires, swimming (must provide own lifeguard), and nature trail.

We offer a flat rate fee of $500 for the day before set up/rehearsal.
Reminder, alcohol is permitted upon approval of the Rental Coordinator.
Permits are required and must be submitted 30 days prior to arrival.

Booking
You and our rental coordinator will work together to plan your stay, including activities, or facility usage. Our goal is to ensure you have the best experience.
All rentals are subject to:
- Arrival time (3pm) and departure time (2pm) will be approved by our rental coordinator prior to your stay, extra fees may be required and will be discussed ahead of time.
- Groups are responsible to bring their own first aid kit and first aid person.
- Our facilities are smoke-free, smoking & vaping are only allowed. in designated outdoor areas.
- Alcohol is only permitted with the permission of the rental coordinator and all permits must be provided approximately 30 days prior to your rental.
- No drugs are allowed on Teen Time property including cannabis.
- Non-refundable deposits are required at the time of booking.

Do you have space for meetings or business sessions?
Yes, we have plenty of space for holding business sessions or meetings.
Is there cell service and Wifi available?
Cellular service around the ranch is very spotty. During your rental you are welcome to use our Wifi that is available in the lodge.
What do I need to bring?
Our overnight rentals do not include bedding or pillows due to sanitary reasons. See our list of items you will need to bring with you.
