We strive to make our registration process as smooth and straightforward as possible to ensure the best possible experience. Early registration is recommended for program and date availability.
To ensure your spot, please submit your completed registration form along with a non-refundable deposit of $100 for summer camps or for retreats a non-refundable payment for the complete payment. All forms must be filled out, dated, signed and submitted to the office by email, mail or in person.
Please use a separate form for each camper and each camp.

Summer Camp Early Registration Discount
Save $15 on your summer camp fees when you register & pay the total camp fee before April 15, 2026.
Not valid with on BLAST or any other discount or coupon offer.
Registration Details
- Your spot will not be confirmed until you submit your registration form and your non-refundable deposit of $100 received. Please note, currently, we do not accept credit card payments online.
- Forms are processed in the order they are received.
- The balance of camp fees are due 14 days prior to camp.
- Please note, currently, we do not accept credit card payments online.
- We accept: e-Transfer, Cheque, Cash, Debit, VISA, Mastercard & Money Order.
- If paying by Cheque or Money Order please make payable to Teen Time.
- A $10 charge for NSF cheques will apply.
- Fees are non-refundable 14 days before camp.
- Prices are inclusive.
- Use a separate form for each camper.
- Campers are required to supply updated health forms and notification of risk forms. These forms are supplied once registration is confirmed.
- We are able to direct bill agencies.

Camp Sponsorship
Camp sponsorship is for parents or guardians who need financial help to be able to send their children to camp. Please fill in and submit camper sponsorship form to our office.
Can I pay my fees online?
Currently, we don't have online payment options available. We can accept the following payments:
- e-Transfer: Send e-transfer payments to info@teentime.ab.ca. In the notes section of the transfer please include, the campers name. Please contact the office with your e-Transfer password.
- VISA & Mastercard : Payments can be made over the phone or in person during office hours.
- Cheques & Money Orders: Can be dropped off at our office or mailed to: Teen Time of Edmonton 12235-50 St. NW, Edmonton, AB T5W 3C7. Make payable to 'Teen Time'
- Cash & Debit: Payments can made or dropped off in person during office hours.
Why isn't there an option to register online?
We understand the convenience of online registration, and we're working towards offering that option in the future. Rest assured, we're dedicated to providing the best possible experience for your child, and we appreciate your understanding as we continue to improve our registration process.
