BLAST
Teen Time offers an awesome one-of-a-kind staff training program called BLAST (Basic Leadership And Staff Training). The overall goal of the program is to harbour good leaders and encourage them to use their leadership skills in all areas of their lives.

If you are between the ages of 14 and 17 you can take part in the program. You do not need to have attended a Teen Time camp to participate. It is a requirement for any staff volunteers under the age of 18 to complete this program before volunteering at camp.
Leadership Development
Our program deals with 4 main areas of development: social/relational, intellectual, spiritual & physical aspects of life. We encourage and challenge you in these areas to help you see how they tie into your daily lives and at camp.
Build Relationships
Strong relationships are crucial to effective leadership. By building trust, communication, and collaboration, you can become a more effective leader.
Weekend Outline
Each day you will participate in orientation sessions, team building exercises, devotionals and down time to build relationships with your fellow BLASTers and leaders.
